The Stutz Holiday Exhibition - November 16, 2007

General Information

The Stutz Artists Association will host its Annual Holiday Exhibition on Friday, November 16, 2007 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. More than 30 artists with studios in the historic Stutz building will display their work together in one room. The Exhibition is the perfect place to find one-of-a-kind gifts for everyone on your holiday shopping list.

While browsing the artistic offerings, you can enjoy light refreshments and music. Holiday gift ideas at the show will range from paintings, metal sculpture and wearable art to jewelry, pewter chess sets and custom portraits.

The myriad artists who make up the Stutz Artists Association all share the common love of art but widely diverge from there. They are photographers, painters, sculptors, silversmiths and illustrators. They are a variety of ages, ethnicities and backgrounds. Some have advanced degrees in art, and others advance their art in degrees. Some teach classes and hold workshops, and others mentor one-to-one. Some produce work that's accessible to a broad audience and sell a large amount of work, while others focus on work that's purely for their own enjoyment. Many of the Stutz artists have artwork in permanent collections at museums, schools and hospitals. Some are regional and even national award winners.

The Holiday Exhibition will be held at the Stutz Business Center, 1060 N. Capitol Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana, Room B150 (first floor, B building). Free on-street parking is available on Capitol and Senate Avenues and also on 11th Street. Admission is free!
